Looking to build OSX machine.. what is the most likely set of components that will work?

hey guys, i've probably tried 5 or 6 different leopard distro's and nothing has worked. this is my setup:

doh!

 

gigabyte p31-ds3l works pretty much 100%(with patches) (inc sleep with vanilla kernel)

gigabyte p35-ds4 is good board too (though haven't managed to get sleep with vanilla kernel to work properly) if you want to use vanilla kernel = core2duo

I use a Gigabyte GA-GC230 Motherboard with 2Gigs of RAM

Works good with OS X 10.5.4 Retail DVD and BOOT 132.

Some fine-tuning with kexts and it works very fine.

Softwareupdate, Sleep works fine after DSDS Patching.

Only my WLAN card (ASUS WL-138G V2) had Problems after 10.5.6 Update, but I solved that Problem (had to configure .plist).
