belfastbiker
Everything was working fine today... Installed new G31M-ES2L board, I had everything laid out in the open, NOT in the case, it's been working for several days. Sleep, Time Machine, two monitors, updating, all working. Quicksilver, Keyboard Maestro, Steermouse, Controllermate all booting on log in. Put everything in the case (G92/8800GTS/512, 2GB, Quad Core, 2x SATA, 1xIDECD, no other cards) booted, all seemed fine, but....! I can of course as before run multiple applications, but I notice the HIDE option is greyed out in all the apps. What happens now is that I can now only see onscreen one application at a time, no matter how many are running. When I click on another application, it hides the previous one. Today I was able to play Wow on the main screen, and had Ventrilo+Browser running in other.... not now. Any thoughts? If you have spaces activated, type F8 and put all applications in the first window. belfastbiker
Sorted - it was Keyboard Maestro - it's shareware, and it's now asking me on bootup if I want to "continue trial". Once I click that, the HIDE window options disappear, and I get the problem I highlighted about. Guess I'll do without it, and use Controllermate for my macros. Thanks for quick response though - hopefully this post will help a few others in similar circumstances...
