I installed refit now windows wont boot!

Okay so I installed refit on the boot menu thing when i restart it shows up two windows partitions when i try to boot into either it just opens a black screen with this _ flashing. I uninstalled it by deleting the startup file for it and the efi file. Now when i reboot only Mac OSX shows up. On settings > Startup disk windows dose show up but if i try to boot into it, it just opens black screen with _ flashing forever. I really don't want to lose all my stuff as i have it on a few partitions on windows. Any idea how to fix?

Edit: I'm i'm trying to boot Windows Vista
