Building a PC. How does this look?

I'm putting together an inexpensive pc and would like to get your opinion on it. Will it work , how can I improve it, and what is your experience is with a similar pc from the hackintosh view? I want to keep the pc under $500.

Intel Core2 Duo E7500 Wolfdale

 

I have an extra LG sata DVD/RW drive so no need to purchase a new one.

The entire rig is currently $485.84 before shipping and taxes which fits into my budget.
