Yeah, I've got the P105-S6064, and I had the same problem as you. Upgrading your bios is what killed your sound. In the newer bios versions provided by Toshiba the DSDT is not correct (at least not for anything besides Windows) so you need to fix your DSDT. There are some nice tools here on this board to help you with this task; and not only will it fix your sound, but it gives you a good many other improvements as well.

its very hard to understand you, I assume you don't speak English very well, I'll try to help as I can. I saw another post that I believe was from you as well stating you updated your bios (at the suggestion of another board member) to a version meant for a laptop similar to you so that you could use your new processor. This may actually be your problem; if the bios you flashed did not support all of your hardware (ie sound) then you will not have sound, it is as simple as that.

I assumed from your first post you could not get sound in OS X after a bios update, but it appears this problem persists in XP as well, thus I believe you may simply have an incompatible bios. There may be some other bios hacks you could do, but you would need to contact someone who is more of an expert in this area; I don't feel comfortable telling you what to modify when flashing something that isn't correct could mean you're left with an expensive doorstop.
