hey guys! i just downloded iatkos 10.5.7 and booted from it...but i got a kernel panic.... :hysterical:

 

it says THE REAL-TIME CLOCK WAS NOT PROPERLY INITIALIZED ON YOUR SYSTEM...

 

pls help me out guys...

My hardware specs.....

 

AMD Phenom II 550BE

 

Biostar TA790GXB

 

2*2GB Transcend RAM DDR2 800Mhz

 

PALIT HD4670 512MB DDR3

 

WD 250GB Sata HDD

 

Mosebaer 22x SATA DVDRW

 

 

 

this is my new config.... i have installed osx many times on my old p4 config.... any hackintosh dvd

 

wont work on my new pc.... gives the same error....

I don't know if you ever found a solution to this, but I do have a workaround. Set the CPU multiplier in the BIOS to 15 or less. This will downclock your CPU to 3.0 instead of 3.1 GHz. I know for a fact that it works, but I want to be able to overclock more than 3.0. Also, this seems to affect all AMD processors.
