batz Posted July 8, 2009 Share Posted July 8, 2009 hey guys! i just downloded iatkos 10.5.7 and booted from it...but i got a kernel panic.... it says THE REAL-TIME CLOCK WAS NOT PROPERLY INITIALIZED ON YOUR SYSTEM... pls help me out guys... screenshot: My hardware specs..... AMD Phenom II 550BE Biostar TA790GXB 2*2GB Transcend RAM DDR2 800Mhz PALIT HD4670 512MB DDR3 WD 250GB Sata HDD Mosebaer 22x SATA DVDRW this is my new config.... i have installed osx many times on my old p4 config.... any hackintosh dvd wont work on my new pc.... gives the same error.... Black Knight Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 I don't know if you ever found a solution to this, but I do have a workaround. Set the CPU multiplier in the BIOS to 15 or less. This will downclock your CPU to 3.0 instead of 3.1 GHz. I know for a fact that it works, but I want to be able to overclock more than 3.0. Also, this seems to affect all AMD processors.
