VulcanR Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 Se io compro una scheda audio esterna ad esempio la : Delta 66 della M-Audio http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/Delta66.html che è nativamente compatibile con mac os x,funzionerà semplicemente installandola e installandone i driver su un hackintosh? Questa mia domanda vale per tutte le schede audio (pci o usb) che sono anche per mac os x. Perchè funzionino bene dal chipset ich8 (mi pare) in poi è necessario avere un'interfaccia firewire texas instrument, altrimenti il suono andrà a scatti, riempirà il bus e alla fine non si sentirà più niente. Se è USB o PCI non dovrebbero esserci problemi. Domanda, non la puoi provare prima acquistarla? Comunque leggendo sul forum in inglese,mi pare di aver letto che le pci hanno i driver ma non sono compatibili... PER IL SEMPLICE FATTO CHE SUI MAC NON CI SONO SLOT PCI! Mentre per l'usb l'installazione è semplice e va normalmente come su un mac. Per quanto riguarda il firewire (anche se sono piu indirizzato verso l'acquisto di una sk usb 2.0) come faccio a vedere se hanno il chip texas instruments? Le usb vanno bene uguale e sono più eonomiche...dipende che ci devi fare con la scheda audio e, quindi, che livello di scheda vai trovando! proximo Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 Io ho preso una scheda audio firewire uguale a quella di una mia amica così ho potuto testarla prima. Comunque i MacPro hanno gli slot pci, solo quelli compatti non ce li hanno, come i portatili e gli iMac; considera inoltre che non attualmente, ma nel mio precedente hackintosh, usavo ben due periferiche pci (non schede audio) e andavano alla grande! Un ultima cosa, se ci devi produrre ti consiglio di usare pci o firewire per l'audio. Perchè st'inverno vorrei prendere l'imac...e non ho trovato notizie se la integrata supporti la decodifica DTS....
