I want to know what "distribution" of OSX will be beter for my HP laptop

I can only give you a breif idea because I dont know your system. The rest will be trial and error/searching the name of your computer/motherboard on the insanelymac forums.

I can tell you that voodoo kernel is going to have tyo be used, not retail/vanilla due to you not having a core 2 duo or better processor. Thats OK though, every distro basically comes with voodoo. I recoment iatkos 10.5.7 or ipc 10.5.6/ Your going to have to download those. Once you download them, burn them with an image burning utility like nero or poweriso. Boot from the DVD and select the proper drivers for your system. Yup, this requires research, nobody can hand this to you on a silver platter unless someone else has your system, and even then, you still need to search and find that person. Good luck.
