Tried multiple installers but I still have weird problems!

Hello! This is my first post on InsanelyMac and I am quite excited. Apologies for it being such a long post, but I need to vent! This is my fourth Hackintosh, the first I am building for a friend, and the first one to give me problems. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated!!

 

I have tried multiple different installers on the following hardware with mostly failed results.

 

The hardware:

Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L

550W Power Supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16833320022

Tried two CPUs (Q6600 and Q8400)

Tried two types of RAM (Partiot Viper and G.Skill) in multiple configurations

Tried two SATA hard drives (Hitachi 1TB and WD 160GB) connected to different SATA ports

Tried two GPUs (9500GT 1TB and 8600GT 256MB)

Tried two SATA DVD Burners

 

I have bolded the parts that I would like the final machine to have.

 

I have tried the installs with and without the following parts with the same result:

The installers and results:

Boot-123 method with retail Leopard 10.5.6 (freezes or panics at random points)

iDeneb 10.5.6 (freezes or panics at random points)

xXx 10.5.6 (freezes or panics at random points)

iPC (here's the interesting one, this is the installer that I read on the OSX86 HCL and several guides that multiple people have used with success on this motherboard; however for me it returns the following message every time, a few seconds after the disc starts to boot, before making it to the White Apple Screen)

 

 

Another strange thing is that I have gotten Leopard to install all the way using Boot-132 and iDeneb but shortly after it will freeze up or be completely unstable.

 

I've tried two of everything except the motherboard and the power supply. According to several guides and the HCL, the motherboard should be compatible and the power should either work or not. I guess the motherboard could be defective, but if so, why is iPC failing at the same point and the other sporadically? Please help! I have no idea what to try now!!
