snively Posted June 27, 2009 Share Posted June 27, 2009 So I've read that people have gotten their VX-6000 to work in OSX and I've been trying to figure this out on my own. I've installed the SONIX driver but the only thing that is working is the audio. On the Macam website there is a link to OEM software on a sky-teks.com but that website doesn't seem to be in service anymore. There's an old thread on here where someone is talking about editing a plist file but he doesn't really go into much detail about what he exactly edited. Any ideas? Insidious311 Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 I had a similar problem, only the mic worked for me. I searched around until I found this hacked driver. Sonix_SN9C201_WebCam.component.zip You have to install it in /Library/Quicktime. Just drag it in there, no need for kext helper or anything. Hope it helps.
