TS X
I have a Intel Mac Mini (running Leopard) with 80 GB hard disk. I tried to keep a tight control on the disk space usage because of the small internal disk but unfortunately I couldn't and now I am almost hitting the roof. I used "Disk Inventory X" to find out where all my disk space is being used and I found out that iPhoto is using the most. Now we know that iPhoto is a disk space hog but how to prune it down to free up disk space. There used to be a program called, "iPhoto Diet" but it is not longer available for iPhoto 7. Also what is weird is that - two times at least - my son accidentaly started iMovie and it started importing movies from iPhoto automatically and right before my eyes I saw my disk space reducing. I forced killed iMovie but was never able to get the disk space back. Where is all this iMovie import data going to? Which folder(s) or file(s) can I delete to get back the disk space. There has to be a solution for iLife 8 suite. Please help here. I do not want to reinstall my system fresh. Thank you!
