coldmack Posted June 13, 2009 Share Posted June 13, 2009 So I am deciding on purchasing this laptop as I feel it meets my needs fairly well. So, I would like to know how good of a machine would this be for a hackingtosh? Anyone actually have OSX working on it? The older TZ from the search I did has it working, other than the fact that wifi needs to be swapped out, so I take it this should be similar. I know that the 4500hd might cause some problems, but apparently from what I read there is a solution now? I do some light imovie work as long as I can get imovie to work normally I am cool. I am also taking that the wifi card would need to be changed in order for things to work. What is a recommended card I should use, I think I read broadcom? Is there anything else I should know?
