Hi all,

Kind of had enough of Windows.

I have the following, am wondering what to do with the more-than-likely scenario that not all hardware will be compatible with OSX.

AMD Phenom X3 8450 2.1GHz

ATI Radeon HD4850

Asus M2N-68VM

4GB OCZ DDR2-800

1x WD 250GB SATA

- 150GB partition for OSX.

- 50GB partition for Windows.

- 50GB partition for storage.

2x Seagate 500GB SATA

- both for storage.

USB keyboard (have PS/2 adapter)

USB mice

I think there's a 4850 for Mac, but have not been able to find a driver so far.

Considering buying a Mac keyboard and mouse, will they work with OSX, hardware-wise?

Also, what are kexts?

Any help and advice will be much appreciated.

Best regards,

Nicholas.
