Hey guys im trying to get os x on my hp for 2 days now lol

im using iatkos v1.0 ir2 when booting up from the dvd i got an error saying a com.apple something plist file is missing and i can boot, i then put a boot pass on my hp and i passed the error and got stuck with the grey apple logo white screen, i used -v -s -x cpus=1 and nothing helps.

 

specs are:

Hp dv6000z

Amd turion64x2 1.9ghz

2gb ram

nvidia 7200go

the same thing happened to me each time i formatteed my hd to GUID partition table, if u dont know how to change this, heres how u do it. When ur installing go to the taskbar and click tools i think it is, then disk utility, select to format the disk normally but before that! select options, there u can set what u want to use, MBR, GUID or some apple {censored}. I use MBR (last one). Hope it helps!

No no guys it doesnt even get to the installer, when the dvd boots up there is a white screen with the grey apple logo and then it need to go to the installer right? so it doesnt its stuck on the apple logo.

 

i have a dvd sata drive
