ozon Posted May 28, 2009 Share Posted May 28, 2009 I am trying to install on Gigabyte GA-MA74GM-S2 mother board with AMD black edition 775 cpu.I am setting up AHCI controller mode on bios and I have two HDD sata and dvd writer on Pata connector .Kalyway after reading first 4 l,ines reboot the system without any install.İdeneb abd I pc run instalation tikk gives the symbol still waiting for root device and stops the intallation .Ihave trying all the possible configurations in bios mode .Any helps please .Thanks for now Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/168232-still-waiting-for-root-device-before-install/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
