Stranamente alla prima è andata! Questo è quanto ho usato/selezionato: DISTRO: iDeneb 10.5.6 Chipset: ICH9 fixed Kernel: Voodoo Fix: Nessuno Video: Nessuno Audio: Nessuno Network: Atheros AR5007 VIDEO: So che la questione è delicata oltre ad essere praticamente senza soluzione. La risoluzione rimane bloccata a quella base, ovvio se avete idee ben venga. AUDIO: Ancora non ho provato, ma anche qui la vedo scura. Vorrei provare con il pacchetto che ho installato nel fisso che andava per la 880. EDIT: provato con il pacchetto all alc e niente, con apple azalia lo stesso. EDIT: RISOLTO! Questo è il thread e questi sono i kext. Installare prima AppleAzalia, poi rimuoverlo e mettere i kext del link con kext helper, riavviare ed ecco il suono! NETWORK: Qui le prime stranezze...Nonostante abbia messo Atheros AR5007 come kext nell'installazione, il network sembra non dare segni di vita, completamente diasattivato, airport non vede nulla... Installare prima AppleAzalia, poi rimuoverlo e mettere i kext del link con kext helper, riavviare ed ecco il suono! Ora, accontentandomi del video bloccato, mi rimane solo una cosa: il Network! Qualcuno gentilmente mi sa spiegare perchè non viene riconosciuto da Leopard? In fase di personalizzazione dell'installazione ho selezionato Atheros AR5007, proprio il modello che ho io, ma quando avvio non c'è proprio nulla. L'unico modo che ho per connettermi per ora è installare i Zydas driver e mettere su la chiavetta usb, però suvvia...con un laptop è ingiustificabile! E poi ci sono i driver, solo che non viene riconosciuta la scheda! Perchè?? Ma è successa una cosa strana: Nell'installazione (nell'ultima) non avevo selezionato i driver AR5007, preso dallo sconforto e selezionato i Zdas per la chiavetta usb. All'avvio ho inserito la chiavetta, ma non veniva riconosciuta nelle preferenze del network, poi però, ho installato il pacchetto che mi hai consigliato te e la chiavetta è partita, ma quel pacchetto in teoria non servirebbe a far andare la mia atheros? Quindi, se rinstallo tutto, selezionando i dirver Atheros AR5007 e installando il tuo pacchetto dovrebbe andare? Oppure mi basta non selezionare nulla (in fase di installazione di LEO) e poi installare il pacchetto? Grazie per le risposte e per l'aiuto! P.S. Ma volendo posso cambiare la scheda wireless del portatile? Basically you have to install grub2 bootloader with the integrated 915resolution patch, but first you have to modify this patch to recognize the X4500, After that you can patch the 1024x768 resolution to 1280x800 and boot your OSX vith grub2. (You have to use the boot loader to patch the video modes in order to have the right modes in the videobios when OSX starts). I used archlinux for this because it has a package for grub2-915resolution. I will try to create a bootable pendrive/cdimage which can boot into the 1280x800 resolution but I'm more like a hackar than a developer...
