Ghast
Hi there, I'm new to this whole Hackintosh bit, so lemme give you a bit of a rundown of my setup. Intel Q6600 EVGA 8800 GT "superclocked" 512mb Corsair DDR2-800 (4x1 gigs) PCP&C 750w MSI P7N-Sli Western Digital 10,000rpm 150gig Seagate 7,200rpm 500gig (this is the one I'm going to try to install on) Onto the issue. I go into my bios and change the boot sequence to 1) CD/DVD drive 2) WD HDD 3) Seagate HDD I go to boot from the cd and it says to press any key to start the installation (where's the any key? lol jk) and it starts. Then about a half of a second after the cd starts to spin up, my computer restarts. My friend told me to go into the setup (F8) and type "nforce_core -v" and I tried that to no avail. What gives?
