Gimhalos
Ok, this is my first hackintosh and I have no idea where to go from here. I installed iDeneb 1.5 on my n80v laptop with specs as follows: ICH9 chipset Core 2 duo 2 ghz processor 4 gb memory nvidia 9650m gt I installed the vanilla kernel with the 1 gb Darwin driver, the acpi fix, and the ichx chipset driver. When I tried to boot, I got a boot0: error. When I tried to fix GRUB (dual booting linux) I got a boot1: error When I tried to -v rd=disc0s5, I got the infamous "Still waiting on root device." When I tried to -x rd=disc0s5, a little cross-through sign came up over the apple logo during boot. Any ideas? I'm completely lost at this point.
