Need explanation because I just don't get it.

Here is the story.

 

 

I have a SanDisk Cruzer Extreme (25MB read, 18MB write).

 

 

I repartitioned it and restored a Legal Retail OS X 10.5.6 DVD on to it.

 

Installed Chameleon 2.0 RC1 so I can Boot from it.

Copied all the Kext to it.

 

Now when Installing, Everything works perfect. But After the reboot, system does not want to boot again.

I tried all kings of things, just dont boot and no errors so I can latch on to it.

 

 

But If I Install OS X from the DVD Using BOOT-DFE-146-BUM boot CD, After the install.

Boot with the same boot cd, and Install the KEXT I have on the USB (same ones) system restarts and works great.

 

 

I know its not the Kext files because they work and system is stable and fast. I just cant install it using USB with the Kext on it. I just want to have a fully working system right after install. but when using the retail DVD I have to install everything all over again (to get keyboard/touchpad etc, Do not want to use externals just to install it)

Can anyone explain this to me, because I'm clueless...
