Wesley008 Posted May 8, 2009 Share Posted May 8, 2009 Hello, I'm using the Kalyway 10.5.2 ISO and I'm installed the Kernel_92_nforce from the selected kernels. So now, when I go to upgrade, to 10.5.3 I followed the steps, got the patch, and then installed it, then I went to go install the new kernel through the package, but a black faded screen came up telling me to restart --- I think this means a corrupted Kernel??? So what can I do to fix this? Do I just need to install the Kernel_92_sleep (default selected?) I have a ASUS P5N-MX MOBO with NVIDIA GeForce 7050/nForce 610i Chipset I also tried the kernel_vanila_92 but onces it finished installing, it rebooted and just went in a constant loop. Please HelP!
