chaseflynn Posted May 4, 2009 Share Posted May 4, 2009 I was thrilled to finally get sound working so I'm posting my codec dump file here for others with Latitude D620's to use (since nothing else I tried worked). The device ID for this sound chipset is 7690, which I'm assuming is a Sigmatel 9220. Anyway, I know this works (using AppleHDAPatcher_v1.16). I'm on an iPC 10.5.6 installation for your reference. The codec.txt file dump is attached (just drag it onto the AppleHDAPatcher icon in Finder and it should kick off the install).
