General Questions! PLS HELP!

Hy guys,

 

a lilttle question... How do i have to Format if i want to delet my hole Disc and install iDeneb on it? Trough the Windows CD or can i do it with the iDeneb ISO?

 

And where can i hit this AHCI for my SATA in the BIOS, cant find it... Its very bad if i dont make it to AHCI?

 

And than i have another q. i looked up my System Info and thats what i found with knoppix.

What things do i have to check? Do i need extra patches? Should i burn the DVD with 2X or 4X?
