Kalyway 10.5.2 Installation Problem

I'm almost done installing Leopard on my Dell Inspiron 600m. I'm at the Welcome screen where it asks for your region, keyboard, and whether or not to transfer files from an old Mac. This is what I'm doing:

Welcome;

 

To begin, select the country or region you're in, then click Continue.

 

I select United States

 

Select Your Keyboard;

 

I select U.S.

 

Do You Already Own a Mac?;

 

I select 'Do not transfer my information now'

 

 

After this, I wait about a minute and I'm back to the Welcome screen asking for my region. What's wrong?

Has anyone else experienced the "Welcome loop" on a different computer?

Still giving me the same error...
