Kevin D
AMD Athlon 64 x2 4000+ ATI Xpress 200 Mainboard 2gigs ram nvidia geforce 8600gt I was previously using kalyway 10.5.2, and everything worked fine, but I really wanted to update to 10.5.6 so I tried the amd updater which led to a "mac os version not yet set" error. it seemed like something about the kernel, so I decided to try a fresh install of iDeneb, which hangs at the "rtl8139::fixenetflowcontrol" error when booting from the disc. I have also tried the xxx final 2 release which doesn't detect my hard drive when trying to install. I have also tried -x and -f to no avail. Any suggestions? Does anyone recommend getting yet another distro? o.o Thank you for any help in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/164768-ideneb-14-hangs-at-rtl8139fixenetflowcontrol-on-install/ Share on other sites
