BraiNfreeZe Posted April 20, 2009 Share Posted April 20, 2009 I've managed to install Kalyway 10.5.2 on this set up but after the installation is complete it stays at the apple grey screen with loading icon spinning but doing nothing else. The sata drive is not reading. I have let it set for over an hour still nothing. I loaded Kalyway 10.5.2 on -v mode at Darwin with no errors, completed the installation partitioning the hd to mac extended journaled MBR using disk utility then customizing everything and only installing the 92_nforce kernel, no additional languages, no added fonts, no audio drivers, no network drivers, no third party installation, cpus=1 return boot option. It completes the installation, restarts and goes directly to the grey screen with the apple logo, then nothing.
