Hello all! First, sorry in advance if this was solved somewhere else. I didn't have much luck on google or the forum.

I'm running 10.5.6 iPC on an Athlon 3200+ 1GB with a Gigabyte motherboard, VIA K8m800m chipset. First, it would appear that the video drivers are having some sort of issue. In sys pref's, the only option for resoultion available is 1024x768. Most 3d things run slightly poorly, but i attribute this to the low end card. Maybe it's drivers. My main concern is getting the system to boot in 1280x1024. I've used the "Graphics Mode"="1280x1024x32@60" command during boot and it works. The system will boot into 1280x1024. Is there a way to enter that in the system's default boot config? Or to allow OSX to use the higher resolution as an option in Sys Pref's? Everything else seems to be running well.

Thanks in advance!
