ReMarkAble Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 OK, so I've just discovered iDeneb 1.4 (10.5.6), and it is the first OSX86 I've installed on my system that works almost completely. I have an intel core2 duo and it's in my Biostar P4M900 Micro 775 board (VIA chipset), and when I mean work, I mean the sound and the onboard LAN all work without modification. The thing is, it still does not see my SATA drive, so I have a 160GB SATA and a 160GB PATA drive in this machine. I have OSX on the PATA and Windows 7 on the SATA. I've read a lot about dual booting, including some on doing it with two physical drives, but so far nothing has helped me. As it is I have to set it in the BIOS to change operating systems. The thing is, not one of the situations I have read consisted of two hard drives with one being SATA and one being PATA. I don't even know if there is an answer for this but I figured it was worth a try. Thanks for any help you can provide. Thanks for any help you can provide. wow man.. that's great! i guess i would do the same thing what you did on two seperate drives, did you actually figured yet dual booting on single drive with windows 7? I have an abundance of hard drives and I have always preferred to have only one OS on each, so that if anything goes wrong with either drive, or either OS the machine isn't totally down.
