Problems after waking from sleep

When the computer wakes up, one of the following things happen:

 

1. There is no LAN connection anymore (although the NIC is still recognized), no audio, and if I try to go into an application; the Network options for instance, the computer hangs for 5-10 minutes.

 

2. There is no LAN connection (again NIC still recognized), no audio, but I can go into the Network options and click Renew DHCP Lease and the connection is restored.

 

3. No problems at all.

 

Strangely, the computer will wake up one time with no sound, but if I let it go to sleep and wake again, sometimes I will have sound again. Hopefully someone can help with this, this is my setup:

9.5.0 Voodoo Kernel + AMD Patch

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+

Biostar nforce4 Mobo (using nforceatatest)

Realtek RTL8201CL/CP LAN (using nforceEthernetDriver (RTL8201CL did not work))

Realtek ALC655 Audio (using AppleAC97Audio)

ATI x1950XTX Video (using natit)
