Beerkex'd Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 It depends on what's in the update, and how and to what degree your install is patched to work with your PC. Generally it's safe to install application updates. Security and Airport updates sometimes breaks networking. Full system updates like 10.5.5 to 10.5.6 can break your whole install if you don't know what you're doing.
