StefanKG Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 Hi, I'm desperately trying to install Leopard with iPC 10.5.6 with final patches,including a last v1.1 PPF for AppleNforceATA. My mainboard is nforce4m-a,and when I try to boot from cd with -v always displayes this: AppleNforceATA:warning:phy connection failed, status =0x00000000 AppleNforceATA:found 0 units AppleNforceATA:found 0 units AppleNforceATA:NVIDIA nfoce ck 804 serial ATA by MeDevil (CMD0x9eo,CTR0xbeo,IRQ23,Bm0xc000) AppleNforceATA:NVIDIA nfoce ck 804 serial ATA by MeDevil (CMD0x9eo,CTR0xbeo,IRQ23,Bm0xc400) USBF: 1.958 APPLEUSBOHCI [0x3c7f000]:check sleep capability-controller will be unloaded across sleep USBF: 2.51 APPLEUSBOHCI [0x3bof800]:check sleep capability-controller will be unloaded across sleep Still waiting for root device.... Can anyone tell me what does this error means and what else can I do with AppleNforceATA.kext to fit with my mainboard and solve this problem,because I think that v1.1 PPF for AppleNforceATA is the latest patch?? Please answer me,any advice will help me!!THANKS!!!
