How to boot Leo without modifying mbr or using tboot?

Hi, I have a T43, installed winxp on disk0s1, and copied a working leopard partition to disk0s2, I want to setup the dual boot.

 

According to a lot tutorial on net, I add c:\tboot="mac" in boot.ini, and copied tboot c:\, but the tboot showing "No HFS partition found.

 

If boot from DVD, using "rd=disk0s2", I can successfully log into mac. What can I do? the tboot does not work for me, and the mbr can not be modified since some encryption program is there.
