Harlan
Hello, i have a Compaq D510 CMT with 1.8GHZ, 1GB ram, and a NviDia GeForce 4000 MX. i had to install it using the -v and the install went fine, i customized it using the VooDoo 9.5.0 kernel and the ICH chipset fix. when i first boot up the gray screen would load and it would stop. so i enter -v to see whats wrong it shows: localhost fseventsd[39]: event logs in /.fseventsd out of sync with volume. destroying old logs. (73 21 154) localhost fseventsd[39]: log dir: /.fseventsd getting new uuid: 3D4ECC51-3C91-4A1D-8935-6612A33B5C63 localhost DumpPanic[42]: Error getting a reference to IODeviceTree:/options DirectoryService[44]: Launched version 5.6 (v514.24) localhost configd[46]: InterfaceNamer: no network interfaces, could not update platform UUID localhost /System/Library/CoreServices/loginwindow.app/contents/MacOS/loginwindow[35]: Login window application started -- Threaded auth And the computer freezes after that.
