Caprica01
I have tried a different distro of OSx86. Was previously using Kalyway 10.5.2, so decided to see about using a more upto date distro. I installed the iDeneb 10.5.5 distro with no problems. I used the Kernel 9.4.0 StageXNU. Everything went fine with the install until reboot, where I get the following image I can only start in safe boot mode by typing -x at Darwin boot. In safe mode I have no network connection at all, so tried to put some updated drivers onto a USB stick from my windows PC, but the Leopard system doesn't see them on the USB stick. I really dont know what this screen is. I get it on every distro apart from Kalyway 10.5.2 I have tried a few different installs with the iDeneb 10.5.5, using different options in the customize menu. Still with the same result. My system specs should be in my sig. edit: Just a quick edit. I have tried booting in verbose mode, but after the text scrolls down the screen it just boots straight into the OS, but giving me the same strange screen again. Can still only boot in safe mode. SticMAC™
It means you screen is standing on it's side!! You should turn it 90° clockwise, then it should be the right way UP! SticMAC ps, you should also edit the colors in your signature, the green is illegible!
