Hi all,

I need some help with a retail install.

First of all, my HW:

GA-EP45-UD3R motherboard

Asus 9400GT 512Mb video card

750Gb SATA HDD - GUID partition table, 3 partitions - 1 journaled, 2 x FAT

4Gb DDR2 RAM

External USB-DVD drive

I've been following this guide for a retail install:

http://auzigog.com/2008/12/23/hackintosh-20

What I've done so far:

1) I downloaded the UD3P package because I thought it'd be similar enough.

2) Burned grub-dfe.iso onto a CD.

3) Boot with grub-dfe.iso CD...

Here's where I'm stuck. The guide says I should expect a 'fake darwin' screen that says "boot:". But all I get is a grub prompt - "grub>". If I replace the grub disk with the Leopard disk and enter "fe", it says "unrecognized command"

What should I do here?

Thanks for any help,

JimmyJoe
