RewsSWE Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 Hii all. i had try to install iDENEB v1.4 servel times, every time whit new pates and so on, i can install iDENEB and get it running and startup, and it runs like a charm.. but i can't get my sound and my LAN working. When i try a patch named APPLEbc5751 it cant startup after install, it goes in a kernel panic? I search around in all forums and googled it and i cant get a answer on my problems i hope that someone whould help me whit my little problem. As told i install iDENEB v.1.4 10.5.6 on a Shuttle XPC SB81P - http://eu.shuttle.com/en/desktopdefault.as...2/169_read-749/ My Specs are. Intel Pentium 4 chipset: Intel 915G + ICH6R Award V6.0PG BIOS, 4MBit flash memory with hardware monitoring and ACPI power management functions Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 (GMA900) Intel HD-Audio integrated Broadcom 5751 Ethernet network controller is there something else you need to know then tjek the link http://eu.shuttle.com/en/desktopdefault.as...2/169_read-749/ Please help me someone.. thanks. c0rk007hck Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 You need to install this kext using Kext helper for lan: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...ost&id=3114 Enter you ideneb disk in you drive, and go to finder, and choose Go to (Something like that under a menu), and type: /volumes/iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6/System/Installation/Packages/Patches/Audio/ALC Choose ALC888.pkg, and after installation AzaliaAudio.pkg Good luck! Hi again. Thanks for your replay. After i installed the kext as you told, mac system detected my lan. but then when im rebooting, its stops at the spinning wheel? I try to boot whit -c, -x, -f and nothing is working? What now? i can't get in to the system?
