dislexicmofo
before anyone asks i searched for 3 or 4 hours for the answer with no avail, there is another thread but it was getting no responses and had been dead since march. so here it goes... i was cloning a disk image using ccc when it spat out this error: there was an error during blessing the System on the Target: /bin/sh: line 1: /usr/sbin/bless: No such file or directory. Would you like to ignore this error or stop? so i tried to run this command from the terminal and got: sudo bless -folder /Volumes/System/System/Library/CoreServicesPassword: sudo: bless: command not found same thing happened when i used the full name /usr/sbin/bless, and yes System is the name of the partition. does anyone know why this is or where i can get a new package or whatever containing the bless command? RideTheCliche
I think something's up with the Myzar 10.4.4/5 ISO -- Bless is indeed missing. Makes me wonder what else might be FUBAR'd! ~RTC Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/15553-error-during-blessing-the-system/#findComment-100893 Share on other sites
