epicdean Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 Hi eveyone I am trying to install ideneb v1.4 on a dell insperion 1525. The installation process goes fine but when I reboot I get blue then black screen. So I have been putting the lid down and letting set for 15-20 min but still no luck i have done this 20 times and nothing. So when I restarted I tried using -v I get an error of herbernite failed could this be why it's not working also I am unable to eject the cd. (NVdarwin/NVinject) Aren't the nVdarwin and NVinject only for non-laptops? I thought for laptops that have nVidia just choose the GO driver... ??? Also, I had tried NVKush and I still get the black screen after installing everything... I tried selecting NVDarwin (which included all of the sub-nvdarwin's) that didn't work. Then next installation, I tried same thing but nvInject and that didn't work either. Tried NVkush= no work....
