MacOSx64lover
Hello everybody, Since a week or so I'm trying to install Leopard on my PC from various distributions and in different ways. The only problem is, it can't detect my chipset (Nvidia nForce 8200). There for it can't detect: SATA, LAN, Audio, Video, USB etc. I really really want it to install on one of my SATA drives. The strange thing is that OSX says in console that it couldn't detect my chip and OHCI controllers (USB). But when I'm in Disk Utility he shows my partitions in a gray color. I can select them, but can't erase them or patition free space :S. Because they are Read-only. Today I've installed a PATA CD-ROM and a PATA HDD. Now this time I'm able to partition but only the PATA HDD. After that I begin the real first installation and choose Drivers etc. But after the installation and Leopard starts up still the LAN, Audio, Video and USB didn't work. I had already in my mind that maby my motherboard is too new and there for unsupported and I think it's true I've a few questions about: Which distribution should I use for my PC (maby with extra drivers (PPF files))? Are there drivers for my chipset Nvidia nForce 8200 for OSx86? Thank you for in advance!
