Will This work for me? Help Please!

Hello, can anybody please help me by telling me if it is possible to install Mac OSX Leopard on my computer. Also tell me which installation method is the easiest and best.

 

I have a Dell XPS 400

Intel Pentium D @ 3.00 GHz

2GB RAM

Vista Ultimate 32bit

Creative SB X-Fi sound Card (5.1 surround sound speakers)

Nvidia 6800 (i think)

 

Alright, so first, will it install on my system? I have been reading things, and the thing I am most concerned about is, will the sound work?

 

Also, what is a better installation choice. iAtkos or the other one (starts with a K). And what makes it better (do they both look and run the same once installed?).
