Triple Boot Problem (help please)

I want to have Mac OS X, Windows Vista, and Ubuntu on my Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L ( i got ubuntu and mac working but not windows, boot error)

 

Can somebody make me a guide to install the 3 OS's

 

HD's

 

1st HD (Western Digital 320GB SATA) ---------- Macintosh HD (217 GB) 1st Partition

|------ Windows HD (80 GB) 2nd Partition

 

2st HD (Western Digital 320GB SATA) ---------- Data HD (320GB) 1st Partition

 

3rd HD (Maxtor 80GB IDE)------------------------- Ubuntu (79GB) 1st Partition

|------ Swap Space (1GB) 2nd Partiton

 

I Want to use PC-EFI on the 1st HD to start windows and mac and GRUB to start Ubuntu

 

Cannot start anything but Ubuntu
