I figured out my main issue. All iso files for osx must be burned in nero or other windows burning program and will not work properly if burned in OS X using Toast. Also I burned the images for 10.4.3 and 10.4.4/10.4.5 onto a DVD+RW at 2.4x and both started right up and installed with no problems. 10.4.3 install disk showed a kernel panic when burned in Toast but not with Nero. 10.4.4/10.4.5 would install and then show an error saying "Please try installing again" at the end when burned with Toast, but worked like a charm when burned in Nero 6.

Both the 10.4.3 and 10.4.4/10.4.5 images then installed and work great on my D101ggc (ethernet works, sound out does not), ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Chipset (cannot change resolution, no CI or QE support, OpenGL also not working. Cannot play games due to no kext loaded), 2.66GHz P4 506 w/ SSE3, 512MB of RAM with IDE HD (i have not tried serial ata) and Sony DVD+-R/RW.

I connected a CD-R drive as slave on the same IDE channel (channel 1) as my Sony DVD+-RW and also added a HFS+ 250GB HD from a G4 I had laying around as slave on the same channel as my boot drive (channel 0). This gave me " waiting for root device "

Using the instructions here ATI ATA drivers and was able to get my comp back up and running with very little trouble. However somehow this kext broke my onboard ethernet and I had to add a Intel 100 Pro card I found laying around in a 8 year old eMachine. It worked right away.

Last two remaining issues is lack of video drivers for the ATI x200 (no video acceleration, openGL not working worth anything) and onboard sound with the Realtek ALC861. I just ordered a genaric USB sound card from Ebay for less then $10 after shipping and if it works I'll post pics and other information for reference.

The $9 after shipping USB sound card is working now. It did not work with the 10.4.5 AppleUSBAudio.kext so replaced that with the one from 10.4.3 and it works like a charm.

I also added a USB Bluetooth adapter that works great without any changes. Its an Orange Micro "Orange 2 USB adapter"

Genaric $12 PCI Firewire card also working without any modifications. It is an NEC chipset.

Final issue remaining is getting OpenGL on the ATI x200 graphics chipset. The Koverg patch does not work. Im going to mess around with the kext files for a little while then if I cannot get it working Im going to look into purchasing the $49 ATI X300 PCIe card from newegg. Wireless networking would also be nice but is not really needed in my setup.
