Elr
Hey there This is my first post here on insanelyMac I have macOS running on my home desk wich is a A64 3800+ X2 DFI LP nforce4 8800GTS 320MB 80GB IDE drive Everything works fine...from audio to ethernet to the graphics. Plug n play given the right options on the instalation. I used Kalyway 10.5.2 Now i've tried do install do my SATA drives, and i get a nforceATA is blocking bus message, and when system loads up instalation a get all the menus frozen. I can't use the disk utility nor can i start instalation. If I unplug my SATA drives everyting goes fine. Is it possible to go aroud this? The perfect match would be to install macOS on my 2x160Gb Raid0 along with vista/xp, but first I need to be able to have ATA and SATA working, because my DvD drive is ATA. I've been reading the discussion on 10.4.8 and they found a solution by modifiyng the Kext. Is it any solution for leopard yet ? Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/149547-help-with-nforce4-sata-sata-raid0/ Share on other sites
