stuppy Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Hi there, The system I am running is in my signature. I have a few ongoing problems I am trying to rectify. Have searched the internet but none of the solutions have helped thus far. First , the screensaver. Its hit and miss when it works. I have set it to 15minutes, sometimes it comes on sometimes it doesn't. And I have set it to ask for a password when screensaver is interupted, but that doesn't seem to work either. Any ideas? Also when the screen wakes up - there is static on the screen - like snow. This goes off after a few seconds. Any ideas? Also - I am using ALCinject.kext to activate the sound. When I try and shutdown the computer - it gives a panic stating that AppleHDAController.kext has caused the panic. Any ideas Thanks.
