Stohrr Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 i have installed 6 times with different settings, still to luck. its set to an MBR partition, and no matter what commands i use (-v, -x, vanilla, cpus=1) and many others, it just reboots. i have boot 123 on a disk and a macbook dvd instalation but it doesn't work. here are the specs: Celeron D Intel Chipset, 950 graphics 504mb ram 110gb sata hardrive ide dvd drive here is a video of what happens http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uv3T1Cj1NWw the attached image is the text that shows up quickly right before the reboot. i have tried this install on a dell laptop, and it has worked. any help would be greatly appretiated. ForestGuardian Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 Installing with a Boot-132 method and an OEM Restore DVD specifically made for a Macbook probably won't get you very far. You'll either need to build your own custom ISO, or get a public release like iDeneb, iAtkos, or iPC. GL! ps. Is that the ToH build you're using? Try one more recent (see above). pps. Looks like you need to choose a different ACPI patch and AppleSMBios version during installation.
