martin15s
not unless you post your full specs - add your specs in your sig - then help will surely come your way Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/147941-wireless-internet-configuration/#findComment-1047759 Share on other sites

martin15s
read my sig - you should be able to tell us more about your system - what sort of wireless card are you trying to install Try this link and search for your computer/wireless card etc - http://######.com/osx86search/index.htm Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/147941-wireless-internet-configuration/#findComment-1047798 Share on other sites
xtrackterx
Well I don't know how to find it but this might be helpful. http://www.espressoreport.com/83/dell-insp...k-pro-tutorial/ Thats the tutorial I used and have done everything to number 6. martin15s
try Dell support - enter your Dell service tag details and search for your spec - the service tag should be on a sticker underneath. With your wireless card details try a search on the link I gave you and see if you can follow it from there. As you can see I am on a Dell and I found that my card was not supported and so bought a Broadcom based card (probably what you have) and looked up the help I needed. If you need more help post in the hardware and drivers section under lan and wireless. xtrackterx
Where was the right thread? And still I have no wireless, those guides are confusing and I don't have a AppleAirPortBrcm4311.kext, or at least thats what it says in Terminal. NVM: Somehow it works, it popped up saying it detected something and I have wifi... I don't know how though.
