john123 Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 so i ordered iLife '06 on ebay, and it just came today. so i install it, and try to run garageband. it says "this program requires quicktime 7.0.4 to run". but i have 7.0.4. im not sure if im allowed to update it because one installation guide said not to update quicktime. i really want to get this working . please respond quick. and when i try to run quicktime, it says: The pre-release version of the QuickTime software you are using has expired. Please visit: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ to download a new version of the software.
