Joel Beltran Posted January 7, 2009 Share Posted January 7, 2009 oks this is the problem....i have Vista and leopard on the same HD (vista first partition and leopard on the second) i upgrade to vista directly from winxp with an OEM install disc...at the end i need to make partition 2 active to boot on leopard...when i select vista on the chameleon bootloader it gives me "winloader.exe" error so i need to make parition 1 active and repair with vista DVD, boot again in windows to check if everything its ok...make partition 2 active again, boot fine on leopard, but when i try to boot on vista i get the winloader.exe error again!!!! im using MBR partition table and the chameleon bootloader and make partitions active with a kaliway DVD any suggestions?... sorry for my poor english, im from México xD Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/145208-dualboot-vista-and-leopard/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

I encountered the same issue when installing Chameleon 2.0 RC1... I prefer Chameleon, but can't seem to get it to play nice w/ Vista.
