lulolulito Posted January 7, 2009 Share Posted January 7, 2009 Hi yall I just got a new 1tb hd, and decided to upgrade to 10.5.6, what I did is that I installed IDENEB 1.3 10.5.4 on the new HD from scratch, installation went fine, booted up fine, then I did install vooodoo kernel and went with the 10.5.6 combo update installation, believe it or not, it went fine, succes! booted up to 10.5.6 everything working, then i hooked up the old HD as second drive, and did a migration to copy my stuff from the old hd, it went and copied everything, applications, documents, whatever it chooses by default, it took about an hour, it said it was done successfully, then i restarted the omputer and I get stocked at: [CHIController][configurePM] power parent ready after 1 tries I don't know what could be wrong, any help will be appreciated p35-ds3l bios F4 q6600 8gb ram Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/145140-stocked-after-upgrade-to-1056-properly/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
