acersadness
i just installed Leopard to my Acer Extensa 5620 -- everything (except internet) worked flawlessly. Before I could configure power or much of anything, I left the machine for a few minutes and when I returned it was dead (or sleep). *Nothing* I can do will wake it up! I press the power button, a few lights go on, then it shuts off. I've tried pressing power and various combinations of F2, delete, F10, etc -- nothing works. It will not power on long enough to boot from a CD. the Leopard installation was running from a USB drive. I removed the CMOS battery + RAM sticks -- same result any ideas??? did I just kill my Extensa? if so, how can others prevent this from happening? thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/144943-acer-os-x-laptop-died-cant-wake-up/ Share on other sites
