fsck -you
Hi Guys Was hoping anyone could help me with this. I have Leopard 10.5.2 Kaly installed on my Lenovo T60 (2.17 centrino duo, ATi X1400) On install Quartz Extreme wasn't supported but i enabled it by editing ATIRadeonX1000.kext/Contents/Info.plist: <key>IOPCIMatch</key> <string>0x71451002</string> That enabled QE, but now my menus are all black If i hit the left click on the menu a couple of time i can see the menu options but it stays black - if you know what i mean... See Pic I have tried searching google but have had no luck, tried changing resolutions - no luck. I wanted to ask here before i start to tamper and really mess something up. Thanks a million guys. JohnY2
I have the same problem with a Leo4all v4.1 install on an Asrock 939DualSataII (ALi/Uli chipset) with a PCIE X1600 id 71c21002 using various combos of kexts posted here. If someone knows the solution for the 'black menus', I'd like to know about it too. I did get a DVI connected T220 Samsung to light up by tweaking ATIinject and it all looks good except for the 'black menus' that actually flash on just as I leave go of the mouse button ..... (I do have 10.4 JaS with QE running on a T40 Thinkpad - ATi 7500 JohnY2 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/144644-lenovo-t60-quartz-extreme-problem/#findComment-1027719 Share on other sites
